How can I find out who my legislators are?

Many resources are available on the Internet to help you identify your state and federal legislators. If Internet access is not available, your local Board of Elections, typically found in the phone book listings under “County Government,” can provide this information over the phone.

Your zip code can be used to determine who your state and federal Senators and Representatives are. Go to http://www.state.oh.us. Click on “government.” Another resource for federal information that uses your zip code is http://thomas.loc.gov/.

A wealth of information is available on the Internet about your legislators, including phone numbers, mailing addresses, email address, committee assignments, biographical information, photos, bills sponsored, voting records, etc.
