Adult Psychiatrist Trillium Family Solution Full time (40 hrs/wk) or part-time (24 + hrs/wk) adult psychiatrist position to over see psychiatry and pharmacy services at a community mental health agency in Canton, OH (http://www.trilliumfs.org/). Physician's duties would include oversight of pharmacy services, conducting psychiatric evaluations and follow-ups, medication prescribing, disability assessments, authorizing emergency hospitalizations, consulting with counselors and case managers, providing staff psychiatric education. Schedule and work hours negotiable. Malpractice insurance provided. Four weeks vacation. Additional sick, conference and holiday time off. Hospital privileges/duties not required.
Requirements: Licensed Ohio physician (MD/DO) with psychiatric specialization. Willing to enter into a Standard of Care Agreement with agency's prescribing Advanced Practice Nursing staff. Computer literacy very helpful. Board certification desired, but not required. Primary service location in agency's Canton Main Office, but able to provide coverage to to agency's two satellite locations in Alliance and Massillon.

2 Case Managers and 1 lead manager Talbert House The Warren County Re-Entry Program, a program of Talbert House, is a program for ex-offenders who are Warren County residents. The goal of the program is to break the cycle of incarceration by meeting mental health needs, providing help for addictions and improving employment opportunities. Case management services improve client's accessibility to employment, housing, education, transportation assistance and other necessary services.
The Re-Entry program is currently seeking two case managers and one lead case manager.
Case managers will work part of the time within the extended community and in an institutional setting. They will provide community case management links and pre-release preparations. Some travel is required. These positions require a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. Previous experience is highly preferred.
The Lead Case Manager will provide leadership to four case managers for The Children of Incarcerated Parents Program. This position will spend some time traveling in the extended community and within an institutional setting and will assist in data collection, direct case management and provide some group facilitation. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. Previous experience working within the criminal justice population and case management is highly preferred.
